SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently while providing clear delivery information for all customers purchasing excavator wear parts, bucket components, and related products.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email where tracking information is available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times for UK mainland deliveries are typically 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, freight networks, weather conditions, supply chain issues, or events outside our control may occur.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipment type.

Due to the size and weight of many products, certain orders may require pallet delivery or specialist freight services.

DELIVERY ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Orders can only be delivered to registered company or business addresses.

We are unable to deliver to residential addresses, PO boxes, parcel forwarding services, or temporary delivery locations.

Customers must ensure that:
- Accurate business delivery details are provided
- Suitable access is available for delivery vehicles
- Someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery where required

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders where a valid company delivery address is not provided.

HEAVY AND PALLET DELIVERIES

Certain products are shipped via pallet or heavy freight services. Customers must ensure suitable unloading facilities and site access are available where required.

Kerbside delivery may apply for pallet shipments unless otherwise agreed.

NON-STANDARD DELIVERY AREAS

Online checkout shipping may not be available for:
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
- Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- International destinations

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, damages, or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend shipping arrangements where delivery locations are inaccessible, unsafe, residential, or outside our operational coverage.
